1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be considered in specific cases where the following conditions are met:

• Service Cancellation: If you decide to cancel a service after purchase, a full refund will be issued if the request is made within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, no refunds will be provided.
• Unfulfilled Services: If we are unable to deliver the service as agreed, you are entitled to a full refund. This includes scenarios where the service is incomplete or delayed due to our fault.
• Technical Issues: If you face technical issues on our end that prevent the delivery of the agreed-upon service, you are eligible for a refund or an alternative solution, such as rescheduling or a partial refund.
• Disputes: Refund requests due to dissatisfaction with the service will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We strive to ensure all clients are satisfied with the service; however, we do not offer refunds for subjective dissatisfaction unless it falls under specific circumstances.

2. Refund Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

• Submit a Request: Send a formal refund request via email to refund@civilthinking.com. Please include your name, order number, and a detailed description of the reason for the refund request.
• Review Period: We will review your refund request and respond within 5 business days. During this time, we may reach out for additional information or clarification.
• Resolution: Once your request has been reviewed, we will inform you of the decision. If your refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days. If a refund is not approved, we will provide a detailed explanation of the reasons.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Services that have already been completed or partially completed, including simulations or tutoring sessions where work has already begun.
• Special offers, discounts, or promotional services, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Services that have been scheduled and then missed by the client without prior notice or rescheduling.

4. Client Responsibility

As a client, it is your responsibility to ensure that you provide accurate information regarding your order and service requirements. Refunds cannot be issued for errors or misunderstandings arising from incorrect information provided during the booking or payment process.
